“Super!!”

“Right across the street from Wrigley this place is the place to stay if watching cubs game and visiting Wrigley. Gallagher way. Brand new. Fabulous staff that accommodated my early arrival bag storage & changing in rest room pre game. Only issue is parking. Not clear signage but it’s off Clark street look for big on building. Once you leave u pre pay but pull all the way up to exit doors or they won’t open spent 15 minutes figuring out how to trigger the exit Fabulous pregame or other……

“My family and I came to Chicago to lay my mother in law to rest. Ben was really helpful in every way you could think of. There was enough rooms and space to accommodate us. I cooked a full course meal that turned out really great! lol The tenants were so nice and fun! They made our stay even better because we really needed those laughs! It’s so many outlet stores, restaurants, the Beam, beach, River Walk, Navy Pier and etc. The apartments are close by everything you’d like to visit there. Our……

“Excellent location. Staff members were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Roof top lounge offered quality drinks as well as food with a great city view. Would recommend.”

“The front desk woman (I wish I caught her name) was so helpful and sweet! I really appreciated her willing to help us out and hold our bags and call us when our room was ready. Room was nice too, a little cramped but enough for what we needed.”

They state that this deposit will be refunded within 5–7 days after departure, provided before access to the property is granted. This arrangement raises concerns about legitimacy. “The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!”

“This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to Lincoln Park and many restaurants. Staff was kind and helpful, although 2 of the 3 elevators did not work for most of our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, although a bit outdated. The hotel is going through a renovation. Good restaurant downstairs and the rooftop bar is great. I would stay here again.”

“My group and I arrived a few hours past check in time and the code they sent us did not work. I had messaged and with no response I had to call. They looked into it and gave us a call five minutes later with a different code that did work. The garage seemed very safe so that was a plus. There was construction going on and we had to duck under a 2x4 blocking the door. I understand this is a shared space but there was an unpleasant smell and most areas were visibly dirty. Our room had a window but……
