“Can't say enough about our stay here. First time in Chicago and this is located in a beautiful, vibrant neighborhood and a 7-minute walk to the Red Line/Wrigley Field. The staff was communicative, and the room itself was clean, spacious, air-conditioned, and had everything we needed. Can't recommend Dorthy's enough. On the website, they warned about being in a noisy area; we did not find that to be an issue whatsoever.”

“If it wasn’t for the fantastic staff & super nice shower pressure/temperature I would have left. Came in for a move in visit to help college son, first issue was the facility has ZERO Parking. Zero!! You have to park offsite in the parking garage from hell 2-3 blocks away. Second issue, computers were down, so couldn’t check in, ok, free beers in the bar (who am I to say no), second rooms ready on 3rd floor, but elevators are inop, so you can ride with staff in service elevators, or walk up the……
