So because they have absolutely no contact with their customers, I am out of $50 art print from my vacation. And that absolutely sucks. It was a small but acceptable room for what you pay. But the……

“The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!”

“I like this hotel. It is convenient to the things I plan to do in Chicago. The parking is convenient just know you have to drive/walk a block (around the building) to get to the entrance. There is a loading zone in front of the hotel. The staff is helpful. The standard room is small but it works. They could stand to upgrade the mattress but it is ok for a night or two. The ac is not too loud and there was a ceiling fan that was nice to have. The elevator is really small but I don’t think……
