“Very nice and quiet place. Clean and comfortable , good communication too.. ”

“We had a comfortable stay at Playa Turquesa L202. The location and view were hard to beat. The beach in front of Playa Tirquesa on some days had a lot of Sargrass but we found if we walked down to the left just past the pier the water was lovely. We loved the El Corcetico area with its little grocery store and abundance of restaurants. The condo was comfortable and clean but not as fully renovated as we expected from the description(bathrooms are close to original and old grout makes showers……

“I checked in and found that the hot water and WiFi were not working in the unit. Contacted the host. Said they would send people up to fix it. Maintenance never came. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences. A broken chair at your 4 person seating area on balcony. Overall a nice place if they can get the place fixed. Both bathroom shower heads were……

“ The condo was very large and clean, and served as a great home base for all that Cap Cana has to offer. You can’t get any closer to the Cap Cana restaurants and amenities—they are literally at steps away! We had a rental car and used the parking garage, which was very convenient and easy to access. Communication with the host was great. She provided a lot of information about the condo, the area, and thorough check-in instructions. There is no beach nearby. You’ll need to drive to Juanillo……

“Restaurant's were jyst a couple minutes walk and they were all so good , we tried 5 different ones.We didn't need the air-conditioner as there was always anuce breeze coming throughThe room was clean and had everything we needed, although we didn't use any of the appliances except the toasterThe room could use some updatingOverall it was what we were expecting ”

“We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the condo…it had everything we needed and was close to lots of great restaurants with a grocery store right across the street. Liz was amazing and super responsive if we had questions or needed anything. The condo is only a few feet away from the pool that was very peaceful and quiet. The patio is also a great place to relax with a good book and a drink. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the beach. ”
