"The resort is beautiful, rooms are spacious and nice. Some of the building needs painting, they have black lines and the inside walls could be cleaner. The beach setup is nice. The beach water looks dirty, lots of seaweed and very scary. The food was ok and the drinks are decent. Staff are nice, polite, respectful and helpful. I understand that their primary language is Spanish but make sure most of your employees are bilingual because the goal is cater to everyone. Julissa is a sweetheart and a gem to the property. She goes above and beyond to help and make sure you are happy. She was very responsive in every matter we had and made sure everything was resolved. Keep up the great work Julissa! We had a butler with our stay but really didn't use. If you are looking for relaxing. the adult side is perfect. We didn't have to fight for chairs at the pool or at the beach."

"Tuvimos problemas con la habitación. Aquí en la app tenía descripción de una cama king pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que era según disponibilidad, así que nos dieron dos camas queen. Para mí, totalmente innecesario tener dos camas en una habitación, siendo solo dos personas. El personal del hotel no nos quiso ayudar. Tuvimos problemas para reservar los restaurantes, solo pudimos ir a uno. El personal de la barra, fue excelente!"

"Staff: excellent Room: mine was excellent but my family’s room was with a big water leak and a big humidity Pool: the pool was soooooooo hot, was disgusting in the meddle of August find the outside pool better than being in the pool. Was horrible the pool water temperature Beach: it was impossible to go into the water at all ‘cause of the tons of sargassum"
