"I got to stay one night for free but compared to other hostels I had stayed, this was the worst. The owner was unfriendly, the bed was high and the bathroom was filthy. Luckily, I just stayed there for one night!"

Good hotel, bad front desk
"Great hotel by itself. Best location, beautiful view from the sky high windows. However, very disappointed with the front desk service at check in. We got the hotel at 3pm, and looked forward to fresh up in the room and getting ready for the night. By it says, we can check in after 2pm. However, after a long wait for only a few people in the line, I’ve been told that the room would not be ready for another hour. The front desk could not do anything to compensate but they would call me once the room was ready. No one called at the end. After dinner, the room was finally ready, but I had to wait for the front desk to check in again, as the system issue."
