“A little bit showing it’s age and therefor shabby. Bits of wood falling off in the kitchen, sofa springs at the end of their life, fuse box buzzing annoyingly, water pressure low. But then there were things that were just poor. Poor design, thoughtless. Like TVs that are rediculously high on the wall, mirrors that are too low, shower doors so big so that its a pain to get in and out of the bath, blackout curtains that don’t actually blackout because they have been mounted poorly and let in……

“Staff were very friendly. I was able to get a hold of them quickly. Check-in went smoothly. I would get a backup card key. Sometimes it took a little bit to get the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth going and I’d have to try two or three times to be able to get the door open the outside door and the room door. Linens were clean the apartment was clean. It was not quite as fresh of an update as the picture led me to believe but we were only there mostly for just the evenings. “The Abraham was a comfortable stay in a self-contained farm cottage. It had everything we needed from a comfortable bed, a good shower, warm heater and washing machine. The dishwasher leaked on the first day of use -- we were required to wash the dishes by hand for the remainder of the trip. 2. Cleaning services were only offered once during our 8 day/7 night stay, and we weren't told what day it would occur.
