“This apartment was in an amazing location, but to get the key its a bit of a hike. The drains in both our bathrooms didn't drain and ended up overflowing the shower. The glass door had been broken previously and a make shift curtain was used with zip ties. The place advertised for 5 people but only provided 4 shower towels. I used them to clean the overflow and did ask for more and why. The reply stated they would bring some by, but they never did. ”
