“We loved this rental. It was spotless clean, the beds were comfy, the air conditioning was good, and it was like brand new. A really spacious two floor space with bedrooms separated by floor and bunk beds in an open “loft like” space on the 2nd floor. The mountain during the summer was less busy and wonderfully quiet. Can’t say enough positive things about the good price and value. ”

“The place was easy to find and close proximity to Skiing at Gunstock Mtn. The place was clean and easy to access. Own parking space which would be difficult to locate if snow was covering the ground as number was only painted on the pavement on the ground! “This property was the perfect spot for a winter vacation for our family. Everything was very clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. My kids enjoyed the big open space in the back and had a great time sledding down the hill. We enjoyed visiting nearby attractions such as the Mt.Washington cog and Diana’s baths. “Gloria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. She provided lots of information about the property and quickly responded to any messages. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. “The property is part of a small development in the woods. It has a homey atmosphere inside; the kitchen is well-stocked. Everything was clean. Clearly the main intent of the home is for skiers; However North Conway (and the White Mountains) are beautiful year round with a lot to do in the summer. My one complaint is that it was a bit hot on the second floor, and there are no air conditioners. Also, we were unaware that we would need to turn the water on in the house upon arrival, and we checked……

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
