“Small little hotel not too far to walk to the Malecon. Nice clean room with comfortable beds and good AC, big warm shower and a TV with lots of channels. We stayed on Easter Eve and there was a huge party on the Malecon for miles! The streets were filled with cars blasting music. These cars came by the room all night but we still got a great night's sleep. There wasn't a rooftop area as described and some kind of construction on the top floor was happening.
