Bonus: Great view of the Carnaval parade from the rooftop but if you come at that time, just note you’ll hear the festivities until late. “The location was excellent. Our room was very nice. The beds very comfortable. There were a few things missing in the room such as, a top sheet for one bed, face clothes & hand towels, supplies for washing dishes. The staff were accommodating in supplying these things when we asked. Although we were only visiting one week, I felt the housekeeping staff should have, at the very least, emptied our garbage & did a quick mopping of the floor at least once without having to ask. “The room was lovely and in a great location. It’s very new building and it does have an elevator even though on the description of the property it stated no elevator. The roof top pool was very nice but needs cushions for the patio furniture as it was very uncomfortable without them. And they need more lounge chairs available. The room needed some things like towels , pillows and bed sheets . We had to ask for them. Also no bath mats so the floor got very wet even from just opening the shower……
