“We arrived at this hotel during the evening. We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff whom checked us in and directed us to the free parking area. We then went to our room which was a good size double room with a good size bathroom. The hotel looks very nice, clean and welcoming. We would reccomend a stay here. “El hotel es precioso. El problema es que para realizar el checking tuvimos que esperar una hora. Cuatro mostradores y en algunos dos personas y el servicio iba extremadamente lento. Por otro lado para el desayuno (que era de 7.30 a 11h tuvimos que esperar 50 minutos para poder entrar y eso que bajamos a las 10. La respuesta fue que debíamos haber bajado antes, respuesta inadecuada teniendo en cuenta que uno va a descansar y si el desayuno es de 7.30 a 11 deben atenderte en ese horarios. Les……
