“I’ll explain a bit about the 1 star rating but first, the positives. The front desk (owners) were very pleasant and kind when we checked in and parking was easy and plentiful. After that, I should have left instead of paying $250+ for our night in that hotel. I am actually stunned that a hotel in a college town could get to that point. I almost forgot where we were. It’s very close to having a drug motel vibe. Cracked old vinyl chairs in lobby, water stains on tile ceilings down hallway, broken……

“Casino was close, clean, and people were great but beds were hard.”

“If you are looking for a unique experience in a beautiful older home, this is the place in Mt. Pleasant. Very quiet when we stayed. We will definitely be back vs. staying in a hotel. Service was very friendly checking in and out.”
