This efficiency unit offers complete privacy with a fenced in back courtyard for your enjoyment. Located just minutes from Englewood Beach and the shops/entertainment of Olde Village’s Dearborn Street. This unit has had a new kitchenette and bathroom cabinet along with new blinds, linens and pillows, new cookware/dishware, a new TV and much more. Cleanliness is my top priority and I assure you that you will be satisfied. Also if staying during the summer and ripe for the picking enjoy a fresh grown pineapple and avocados along with the sweetest Starfruit you’ve ever eaten during the fall months.
