“The room was the most unpleasant hotel I have ever stayed. The room had a harsh odor of stale smoke and mildew. The only pleasant part was the customer service, they at least provided me with Febreeze air freshener spray. It didn’t work but they tried. The bath tub was not clean but the carpet was vacuumed. ”

ALSO THEY ASKED ABOUT CLEANING THE ROOM AND WE REQUESTED EVERY OTHER DAY CLEANING BUT IT GOT DONE ONLY ONCE THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. JUST LEFT US IN SAME ROOM WITH NO IMPROVEMENT TO THE WATER SITUATION. HAVE BEEN STAYING……
