“Our trip was a mother daughter girl's trip to see do some fall color/site seeing to places my girls hadn't been before. The cabin and property we absolutely perfect for the 3 of us. Adorable, clean, well-stocked with what we needed and with a beautiful view of the lake. The cabin is "open" meaning there are no ceilings on ANY of the rooms so you hear everything from EVERY room (but we're family so we didn't care lol) It's also a bit of an adventure getting to and from the cabin through the……

“A location easy to find and easy to get around for exploring the area. We toured the Pictured Rocks, shipwrecks and Mackinaw Island. The cabin was very clean and comfortable.”

“We took a winter weekend get-away. This cabin is centered between Eben Cave (a beautiful ice cave that takes some hiking to get to) and Valley Spur (great groomed cross-country ski trails) and Pictured Rock (where we went snow-shoeing). We came back to this nice, cozy, warm cabin each night for dinner. It was so nice to sit by the fireplace- so nice and relaxing. The bed was super comfortable too. It was fun to see all the deer out back of the cabin. We would recommend!”

“Host was very thoughtful in providing the small necessities in making our stay feel like a cozy, peaceful retreat. It is a wonderful cabin with river front views, charming decorations and a peaceful feeling while sitting by the flowing river amongst nature and its beautiful surroundings. We loved our stay!! Definitely recommend! ”

“As a handy man I noticed a few things that could be done to put final touches on. That said our stay was incredibly enjoyable. The yard is fern coated with baby maples and oaks spread around older tree. Reminded me of home. Lots of wildlife to listen to as they forage and seek cover beneath the ferns. Host was quick to respond to inquiries and courteous. Hot tub was well maintained and cabin was very clean. Comfortable furnishings and atmosphere. Great value and well worth.For the host only……
