“Look no further. This hotel hits the mark in all areas. Wonderful breakfast buffet included with your stay. Room was perfect with a fabulous view of the town and castle on the hill. The highlight however was the staff. Everyone was so kind and friendly. “First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. “We loved our stay at The Lift Apartment. Room was spacious and beautiful. Great location, the hotel staff was wonderful. The cleaning team was very accommodating. The only thing was the cleaning staff came into our apartment without knocking. Realized we were still inside, dropped off fresh towels in the landing area and left. Mind you it was 11am so people would be out already. We were just having a late start that day. ”
