“The entire facility was clean and secure. You needed your key card to access everything beyond the front desk. The staff was awesome. Tub water pressure was a little weak for my liking and my room was missing the remote control and there are no blackout blinds or curtains. Other than these things I had an issue with the room and stay was awesome and anytime I'm visiting Manteca WoodSpring will be my home of choice. Thank you Staff”

“Room was clean, big and comfortable. The front desk lady (chona) was amazing and made us feel welcomed! She answered all our questions and very sweet. Sauna was amazing after a work out. Great location, close to many food options and gas stations. Would definitely stay again.”

“It's a motel and the location is pretty good. Everything is in walking distance since it's a small town. Yet, the lodge is too old and it's on the main street. You can hear everything, even the snores next door.”

“The room floors were dirty as my kids feet got filthy walking on them tobthe pijntbi washed them before getting in bed. The rest of the room seemed clean. The breakfast was awful. Cold rubbery pancakes and cold eggs. Cereal was the only thing edible.”

“They never clean the air conditioner. When I turned on the heating, the dust inside was scorched by the heating wire. There was a strong burning smell. I didn't dare to turn on the heating. I was afraid it would catch fire.”

“Room was very clean and seems recently updated. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Hallway smelled of smoke and didn’t seem as updated as room. Homeless population outside. Seems like hotel has undergone multiple owners as everything has different labels (phone, channel guide, Expedia listing, hotel sign out front). Had a do not disturb sign on front door and housekeeping still knocked and still tried to come in my room in the morning while I was asleep, but I had the top lock shut so they……
