"The property is being remodeled but still feels old and smells like old cigarette smoke. The rooms old fashioned air conditioners leave the room either freezing (and the carpet gets wet) or humid and warm. The room itself was clean, bed was soft, fridge worked just fine. Bathroom was clean, water pressure and hot water was good. We were by the stairs and everytime someone went in and out of that door it slammed soo loud it woke me up in the night and very early in the morning. The elevator, only 1, is under construction, so it is ugly and sounds horrible. It is hard to get into the wifi and it wont reconnect when you leave and come back. Exterior needs to be tidied, trash. Truthfully, when we visit Kyle, we stay at a different place but this was cheaper and we were trying to save a few dollars, I think I'll spend the extra few to not stay here again. The humid, smoke smell is just too much. "

"I would usually give this a 5 star but there was someone’s plane luggage tag on the bed when we came in and the A/C was so noisy that we barely slept. Surely the people who clean the room would’ve heard the air conditioner and told the front desk don’t rent this out until that air conditioner is fixed. It was room 115, hopefully they fix it."
