"If you don't mind the Freight Train that passes at the rear of the lodge hourly....then this is the place to rest your head and relax....they are welcoming....the decor is very comfortable...the rooms are large with comfortable beds.....the General store has a great menu for a bite....the coffee selection and pastries wonderful.....parking is plenty and convenient....the pool area is beautiful...this is the type of place you could check in for a few days and just relax without leaving...they have it all..."

"This is a very interesting hotel/motel. The location is great! So close to the highway and the city. It's rather tough to take a left out of the parking lot, which is what you have to do every day to get...anywhere. Parking is plentiful, but...strange. It's unclear which direction cars are going in and out of the lot, so we have some near misses. The room was nice and big, and easy to fit four people and our luggage. A/C in the room was very quiet, which was nice. No breakfast included, but we found some nice options nearby."

"It was very clean and I love the outside seating areas. The dog area was clean. You might need to ask for more coffee before the AM. My husband and I only had once package of regular and one package of decaf coffee and I went to the office in the morning, but they were closed"

"The young woman checking us in was fantastic! (Back after being gone a while) The jacuzzi was great, but could not get the bubbles to work. Also, the shower door setup made it nearly impossible to keep the bathroom floor dry."
