Folsom Chalets

We really enjoyed staying here. Our family of 6 fit nicely in our room (two beds and a foldout sofa). The breakfast was nice. Wendy’s and Cracker Barrel in the same parking lot was nice and a gas station too. Near the freeway made it an easy stop on our trip. Staff was great! Thank you!

What a great experience. After having a flight cancelled I found myself at the SpringHill suites. Tired and frustrated, I was met with kindness, and a great welcome from Freddie at the front desk. Check in was quick and painless. Additionally, both shuttle drivers I met were extremely kind, especially Quinn. Would highly suggest this hotel to others who may find themselves in the Philadelphia area!

This place is very cool. It was built at the campus arboretum and they used the wood from the trees to make furniture mill work etc. The staff is great also. I very rarely eat in any hotel however I was tired and did not feel like driving so I ate at the bar. Fabulous meal and great service. I stay center city usually but I did not need to go into town so I stayed at a cool place in the burbs

Beds were comfortable an staff was very accommodating

Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has solid infrastructure. The on-site restaurant and room service were convenient, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast options varied between buffet and à la carte, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that our stay coincided with prom season, so there was some noise from events taking place nearby. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, a...

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Airport shuttle was available. When I got to my room the curtains were closed over the window. It was not until the next morning that I realized there was a sliding glass door that actually had been open all night. When the room was cleaned the doors should have been closed and locked.

My room and bathroom were very clean. I liked that the bedding smelled fresh. Check in was quick. The only downsize was they don't have a shuttle to the airport.

The bowl was very nice and in a safe secluded area. The room was clean and well furnished. We had a little trouble with the toilet but after letting the front desk know, it was fixed right away. The breakfast was excellent and the man that worked in there was even better. Super friendly and helpful on suggestions on what to do in Philadelpia. We went out one morning and the battery was dead on our rental car and the manager himself came out and got us started. Overall it was a wonderful...

We had a fabulous experience here, even if we were there only about 12 hours! Very friendly staff during check-in, which helped us organize our logistics going forward. They had a great sports bar and Grill, were able to play pool to pass the time. Shuttle arrived right on time in the morning, it ended up full so they had another one available within two minutes! Will definitely stay there again if need one by the airport.

I like that it's right along the Delaware river and you can see the planes flying into the airport. As well as, a park right next door. Has a hotel shuttle to take you to and from the airport. Also, has some restaurants and a WAWA in walking distance.

Love the staff everyone very welcoming and nice. Rooms clean and in good condition

We had a 6am flight and staying here made it very convenient. The shuttle took us to our terminal at4am. The dining room was great. A little in the high side but delicious food. We couldn't believe how quiet the hotel was also

Very clean great staff

We couldn't ask for more under this price and overall service. Despite of arriving early morning at Philly Airport, their shuttle came to pick us up in 15 mins, making our journey hassle free. Check-in was a breeze, and our room exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Upon checkin we got to know that they have recently upgraded the hotel and staff which we got to experiece really well. Everything was well organized.highly recommended for a seamless amd enjoyable stay in...

I wish there was a better description of the room posted, it was smaller than expected… the staff was amazing!

Perfect location in Old Town. Right across the street from new Museum of the American Revolution, and walking distance to many locations including Independence Hall, Benjamin Franklin museum and Betsy Ross house. Great neighborhood with tons of shops, restaurants and bars, including 30 art galleries. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful. I've seen some complaints about distance to the parking garage, but it was only 1.5 blocks. We found it very convenient. Breakfast was great. Waffles,...
