“Let me just say it was extremely difficult, disappointing, and frustrating to contact the front desk. On my way to the property I placed several calls to speak to someone. No one answered the phone. When I reached there was a gentleman who said, “They were busy due to homecoming”. At that time everyone should’ve been checked in because I reached after 4pm and there wasn’t a line. The breakfast couldn’t be tried because they start and finish so early. There was a stint in the room that smelled……
