The Itz Inn offers guests an unprecedented location right in the heart of the Main Street, adjacent to Hondo's (named after the famous Hondo Crouch) which is one of Fredericksburg's most popular eateries. This is a true gem of a property providing an opportunity to literally step back in time; if the rock walls could speak - a thousand tales would be told. This sumptuous bedroom offers comfortable spaces both inside and out. Guests can step out to the front porch and view all the downtown activity while enjoying an early morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine or a cocktail. Live music at Hondo's is an additional bonus on the weekends. (Please note: Your are renting a suite, not the entire home)

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
