“Perfect accommodations for me and my daughter for a mother and daughter trip. We were in town for my daughter’s cheer camp and the house was less than a mile away. It was very cozy and was perfect for the 2 of us. There was plenty of restaurants and things to do near by. Ashley was a perfect host and made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you Ashley, we will see you next year when we return. ”

“The home is clean, comfortable and well appointed. There are pleasant historical rooms with antiques and oil paintings balanced by a modern and convenient kitchen and an up to date primary suite with adjoining office. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. ”

“Older home in an older (quiet) neighborhood and all around a great experience. Plenty of room to park plus plenty of space inside. The home was also well stocked which came in handy when my last minute cupcake plans fell through. My only complaint (which is to be expected with southern homes) is the home was a little moist, especially the hall bathroom. Maybe run a dehumidifier through the home every so often and that would help. We only stayed one night so not a huge issue, but had we stayed……

“We enjoyed every bit! Clean, comfortable unit with everything we needed. Walking distance to restaurants and the palace theater where we saw a band perform. Also enjoyed walking to the little square for the Christmas tree lighting. Pleasantly surprised by the quaint town and the property was perfect. 10/10 recommend”

“We spent a long weekend with our son who was on fall break from college. The property was great, with plenty of space. The weather didn’t cooperate, which kept us from the lake, but it was still peaceful to look at. Only 30 minutes or so from Broadway, which was fun. The perfect balance of fun downtown Nashville, and peaceful lake life. We would go back. ”
