“Clean rooms, comfortable beds, polite staff”

“Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Nice amenities. Very noisy though.”

“From the looks of the furniture and fixtures I believe the property had recently been refurbished. The beds were comfortable. The shower was nice with plush towels. There was a large TV, frig, microwave, coffee maker all in the room. As usual breakfast was provided and this time I tried the Belgium waffles. Very good. This is a convenient location and very inviting”

“Employees made our three day's feel uncomfortable and very unwelcomed. Day and night staff are very rude. Over half the time both room keys didnt work. My son had a seizure the first night there. The hotel had no wheelchair to take him out on and the female employee had no care and just went and sat down. I have to move him from the second floor on the luggage cart :( I will Never stay at this place again!!!!!”

“We loved that our room was on the first floor. The outdoor patio area was wonderful! The restaurant was terrific, except that we could only dine there for lunch. Everything was within walking distance. When our TV remote was missing a battery, one was brought quickly to our room! The grounds are beautiful and great for walking! Thank you so much!”

“Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude from the moment I arrived and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. The room smelled bad and did not feel clean or welcoming at all. Overall, the customer service was poor and the atmosphere was uncomfortable because the lady at the front desk seemed upset and rude the entire time. I would not stay here again.”

“Room was comfortable, parking was convenient. Staff were helpful, the housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.”

“My room had nasty debris left behind a night stand, the heater had sparks go off when barely turning up the temp, the room next to me had a broken window, my bed had spots from whoever else was there prior, there were NO pillows on the bed in other words EEEEEUUUYUCK !”

The breakfast always had plenty of food and Vicky who attended the area made sure of it. The staff was very helpfully and attentive to guest needs. Enjoyed my stay and would use this location again.”

“It's a bad experience, I'm a businessman who stays in hotels a lot, and they call you out early, even if it's not the check-out time, the pillows are hard, even though there are four of them, none of them can sleep, they put the coffee machine in the toilet room.”
