“A good property close to main road through Thekkady but removed enough to be lovely and quiet. Beautiful grounds, pool was clean there was some play equipment. “The hotel was amazing. The service, the welcome, the staff were all very excellent. We loved our room with the beautiful views, it was nice and spacious. “Water heated only 7-10, but even then we had a problems with hot water and pressure. Called many times to have hot water and needed to escalate to have someone to look at. Even then water was warm but really cold. Terrible condition of shower (tap, glass door and knob wasn’t working properly and there was mould). Limited food option mainly Indian.
