The valet whose name is Verdell, was courteous and very helpful . He was my first contact with Ballys and he set the tone for my visit. Rhonda at the reception desk was welcoming . Second time staying at this property and it is really the best property in Baton Rouge. I travel frequently to the city and have stayed in many short term rentals and this is by far the best thought out, cleanest, best maintained property of all.
