“Great place within walking distance to the beach access at the pier.. parking is a bit of a challenge at times. Stairs in unit H are very narrow and sreps to 2nd level are narrow and straight up. Only bed in unit is upstairs. Door lock was a bit of a hassle. Will definitely be back.”

“Exactly as posted. Pat was fantastic and very quick to reply to any communications I had. This was a great neighborhood-very quiet and close to everything. Loved the convenience of the golf cart. Jst a really cute little place. ”

“The building only has security working there, which we did not expect. We thought this would be like a typical hotel, but it is far from it. Everybody who was a guest there seemed incredibly confused as to where to go or what to do, and there was no pool in the building like we thought. There is also limited parking near the building, but additional parking is located across the street. Despite this, we were pleasantly surprised once we got the code to get into our room. We had a balcony……

“Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.”
