“The service is amazing we visit every year and love to stay at the same resort with great service everytime. The staff are friendly and very helpful, our WiFi and phone went out and they fixed it same day. Love the fresh warm towels at the pool and the clean outdoor pool and hot tub. The views are a 10/10 from our room with the ocean view can’t wait to see the new updates from the renovations. My family of 5 are always comfortable and love our annual visit to Myrtle Beach”

“The first room we were put in had broken AC. They knew and still put me in it. Then did Not wanna refund saying I didn't report it. I didn't need to they had a repair men coming in while I'm in there. Finally got a new room 2nd day in and a small refund last day. It took a lot of time from my mother daughter trip and ruined our vacation. The ocean access and pool area were awesome though. If your short and young looking be prepared to be asked your age for the hot tub.”
