“Room was great except the their are little faults like the toilet not being clean properly, rust/mold on the ceilings, only one tv works. Instructions on detail check out not clear the overnight staff I encounter wasn’t knowledgeable policy’s, she blames an pole in the lobby at front desk for her reason for not seeing me waiting on her when she should have been visible I had to call the hotel on my phone go Thur all the steps just to get her on the phone and for to say she was at the front desk……

“I’d rate this around 3.5/5 if that were an option. Since VRBO only allows whole stars, I rounded up because there were several things we really liked.We stayed on the 21st floor in one of the penthouse suites with a group of eight. The unit was clean, the view was great, and the location was excellent, just steps from the beach. The pool area was a major highlight: two hot tubs, lazy river, pool, kids splash area, and plenty of towels. Parking was easy overall, though spots are tight for larger……
