“We were a group of 10. We want to thank much Miss Rania Emad for her hard work and support for us to make our vacation excellent. She was following with us everyday to solve any problem with the hotel. The property and facilities were very good. The staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and supportive. The food was great, huge varieties and was delicious. The pools and the beach were amazing. The rooms were very clean. The only comment that we had, the Room Service response was slow.”

“This is a very nice resort right on a beautiful beach in Hurghada. The food was good, nothing expectacular, but good. The alcohol is quite basic, limited to one brand of red wine, one for white wine and one for beer. I don't drink cocktails, but people seem to like them.”

“去的時候剛好是齋戒月，櫃檯人員的臉很臭，態度也沒多好。到達時大概下午四點多房間都還沒整理好，光等入住手續就等了半小時。終於可以入住後換了一位貌似滿臉笑容的櫃檯的人帶我們到房間。介紹了一輪房間設備後，一直不願離去，原來是想要小費。說實在的，光是辦理入住等了那麼久一句道歉都沒有還要看櫃檯臭臉，實在很不想給小費。但他一直等也是很尷尬，給了還嫌少？真的是沒跟你要賠償就不錯了。 浴室裡的淋浴只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭，水量又小有點難洗。水漬也沒有處理的很好。去沙灘的毛巾就是一人一條，要多的還不太行說飯店規定如此下不為例。沒看過哪家度假村是這樣的，但只要給出足夠的笑容還是有願意給你多一條毛巾的服務人員。 雖然這樣，但度假村整體來說是還不錯，可能因為是全新的所以都保持的還行。餐廳只吃了自助餐，因為要預訂的餐廳根本預約不到或是看起來就沒很好吃。但自助餐每天每餐都會也有變化，不太容易吃膩，選擇也很多味道也不錯，跳過牛肉就好。 雖然一開始入住的時候被櫃檯人員氣到，渡假的好心情全失。還好景色跟環境優美讓我很快就平復了。 ”

“Le 1er soir, j'ai du changer de chambre à 1h du matin à cause d'autres personnes qui étaient saoules et qui criaient. Au bout de 4 jours, j'ai dû demander à ce qu'ils changent les draps, alors qu'ils disent que c'est fait au quotidien. Enfin, la nourriture était affreuse. Comme il y a à 90% des russes, polonais etc., c'est principalement leur nourriture qui est proposé. Et pour le thé de l'après-midi, il y a du boeuf, pizzas, mais aucun fruits ni biscuits secs”
