“We were a group of 10. We want to thank much Miss Rania Emad for her hard work and support for us to make our vacation excellent. She was following with us everyday to solve any problem with the hotel. The property and facilities were very good. The staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and supportive. The food was great, huge varieties and was delicious. The pools and the beach were amazing. The rooms were very clean. The only comment that we had, the Room Service response was slow.”

“This is a very nice resort right on a beautiful beach in Hurghada. The food was good, nothing expectacular, but good. The alcohol is quite basic, limited to one brand of red wine, one for white wine and one for beer. I don't drink cocktails, but people seem to like them.”

“I booked the twin beds room for myself and my mother. However, when we arrived at hotel. the room given to us is a single room. After negotiation, they moved a folder bed to the room. Also, the breakfast only includes : 4 breads and 1 juice. You need to pay extra money even for a bottle of water. ”

“All are good including the beautiful sea view, delicious breakfast and food in restaurants. ONLY one thing, water leaking from the shower area to the toilet floor, even after repair work, still could not fit it.”
