“The back of the hotel was trashed with old furniture, sinks and toilets limiting parking. Renovation equipment and materials made the hotel feel trashy. Shampoo container was empty in the bathroom. The room was adequate but overpriced. I will not return.”

“We reserved in advance knowing that we would want to enjoy the pool and the hot tub, but on arrival found neither was working. They "needed a part" we were told. Neither looked like it had been operating for some time. When I asked how long they had been broken, the staff member said she really couldn't say. Couldn't or wouldn't? “The staff was very helpful because I was traveling with a pet. The room was located perfectly for exit. Only negative was the outside area for pets. Not groomed or clean.”

“I know what to reasonably expect for hotels at this price level and we are very disappointed. There is no amenity except one bar soap. There is a coffee maker but no coffee nor tea. The worst is the towels. They are very old. The we found the bed sheet has stain and the pillows smells. This is close to unacceptable.”
