Staff are an asset, absolutely every single one of them appeared to want to be there and make your stay as special as possible. Breakfast was lovely, great choice, local produce and all freshly prepared. We stayed in a "Cosy Double" - room 10 - we knew it would be small (and it really was) so I can't really complain about that but I have to say it wasn't very well kept. There was a horrid smell of bleach which didn't……

“Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!”
