“Breakfast was great. Restaurants staff was awesome. Parking was fine”

“The room was clean, staff were helpful, good selection of breakfast items including meats, potatoes, eggs, fruit, and waffles. The bar had a wide variety of different liquors and beer. During our stay there were kids running around unsupervised, yelling and playing on the luggage carts and throwing balls around the lobby area. It was difficult to enjoy the amenities due to this. The properties page on Expedia advertised the Rhythm Casino is a 1 minute walk from the hotel, however, it’s a 16……

“Enjoyable stay, the hotel is clean. However, this is my second time staying, don’t like the parking you need to park on the street during check in which most of the time downtown Davenport there isn’t parking after check in they open the gate. Just annoying.”

“No toilet paper or towels.... super old property with the oldest comforter and pillows ive ever seen. I just wanted to get outs there.”

“No breakfast, had cereal and no milk, asked and they appologized and did not have any. Only breakfast was a loaf of bread and a toaster with peanut butter. No coffee. This was at 7am. room was dirty and had hair in shower, beds where made poorly. T.v did not work and lights flickered. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. ”

“We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! Two reasons for not giving 5 star review are 1. The air vent needs a deflector as it blows directly onto the bed in the room we had and 2. The shower tile was a bit slick and no grab bar. We also would have preferred smaller, more firm pillows - but many people like long fluffy ones. Otherwise the ambiance, decor, food, and staff were quite superior. The kitchenette had real plates, cups, and silverware. The shades were nice and effective. The vintage……

“Breakfast very good started closing up just after 9:30, why??? Had a fire alarm go off around 10 PM. Luckly a false alarm. But much confusion on what was going on. We exited the building. Fire dept arrived. No one from the staff available to tell us what was going on. Alarms stayed on until 1:30 AM. I had to approach the front desk to find out what was going on. I never saw any staff except for 2 people behind the desk. They said they had to call for help to shut the alarm off. ”

“I arrived at 10:45 PM with a confirmed reservation. The person at the front desk was counting coins and, when I greeted him and mentioned my reservation, he interrupted me and indicated (with gestures) that I had to wait until 11:00 PM. I waited and returned at 11:05 PM. He assisted me reluctantly, shaking his head and murmuring. After going to my room, I realized the key hadn’t been activated. I had to go back to the front desk, and again, with a poor attitude, he fixed it. The room itself……

“If you just need a place to sleep and leave then it’s fine. But it’s dirty and needs major renovations. Staff while friendly was missing and not on property at check in. They don’t have an Expedia computer so they have to call to confirm your renovation. Wouldn’t recommend unless you just need someplace to sleep. It’s in a good area though. Mall is next door”
