“Was okay”

“The pool was very dirty way too much chlorine and dirt all on the floor the hotel was very musty and humid with the smell of dog the room itself was clean but the TV did not work half the night there were no towels in the pool area we called the front desk to tell them and they brought 3 towels with 4 of us in the pool”

“We stayed at the Red Roof Inn Charlestown Indiana for 4 days. Highlights of the stay were that the room was clean and the location was convenient. The pool area seemed to be clean as well. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with some of the amenities. The VIP reward that I was to receive for booking through Expedia didnt happen. The front desk staff member did not "know anything about it". There were only 3 towels provided for our party of four. We were on an extended road trip and had booked a……

“Bathroom was filthy and smelled like pee. Toilet seat was broken. Main reason we booked hotel was for pool and it was totally green and no body would get in it. Steps to get up to room were filthy also with cigarette buts everywhere. Didnt even stay because the room smelled so bad. Had my 12 year old daughter with us. She was scared and upset about pool and condition of room. Full refund would be nice. Pictures and reviews on your sight are for the Radisson that sits infront of derby hotel. ”

“I’ve stayed at this Hampton many times and usually everything is great, however, this time the elevator was out of service during my entire stay. I’m fortunate I’m healthy and my room was only on the second floor. I witnessed some elderly visitors trying to navigate the stairs. This is not the first time in the last year the elevator was down.”

“No continental breakfast or washer and dryer service as advertised. They did wash my daughter's uniform for me in their commercial machines after I declined to go to the local laundry mat. It was super clean and I believe they didn't have their food license yet to be able to serve continental breakfast so everything was packaged. Very nice staff and very clean. Would stay again once they received food license and laundry service.”
