“We ran away from home for just one night with our son’s family. The Lewis house was perfect. Clean, just one block from the Lewis beach, well supplied with books children’s games, ping pong table, shuffleboard, card table hot tub, grills and even welcome snacks and water which were much appreciated. Toddlers went to bed, adults relaxed in family room and on deck”

“The property was the perfect size for our family of three and our dachshund! We appreciated the blackout shades in the guest bedroom to help our infant sleep. This condo is in an ideal location only 15 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The bed and couch were super comfortable as well! We hope we can stay there again before we become official residents of Delaware!”

“Enjoyed this house, very comfortable for four of us and a dog. Appliances are new and worked as they should. The front living room is a great place to gather, watch tv, and play games. The area is great for walks, and the beach isn’t far. Very quiet in early June. This was our first time staying in Broadkill. We would definitely book this house again if we come back to the area.”

“We stayed over the July 4th weekend - the property is small but set up great. The screened in porch and the hot tub was awesome! The town is super friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again!”

“This property is very comfortable. My only suggestion is that in the Annabel Lee room is to install blinds. During the summer it starts to get light out at 5am. The sheer blinds to not provide any blockage or shade from the light. I was not able sleep beyond 5am during my stay. I never got a full nights sleep.”
