“The room overall was good, but that air conditioner filter was terrible, look like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Dust on the headboards. My mom has asthma and it was really bad for her. We had to clean the room ourselves.”

“We walked into our room looked around and left. We checked into another hotel for the night. We have never done something like this before. The room wasn’t clean, the linens didn’t look clean and it didn’t appear to be a safe hotel to stay in. The hotel looked very different in person from the pictures online.”
