"If hotels handed out awards for making guests feel like VIPs, this one would be taking home the trophy. A huge shout-out to Everlyn at the front desk she deserves a raise! She greeted me with a smile, answered every question with patience, and made check-in smoother than my vacation plans. The bellman was equally fantastic. Friendly, professional. The hotel itself has wonderful amenities, was clean, comfortable, and best of all, it's close to everything, making it easy to explore. The only suggestion I'd make is the restaurant. The food had was not the best, but a little more variety on the menu would make the dining experience just as impressive as the rest of the hotel. Overall, an excellent stay with outstanding staff who truly make the difference."
