“We really enjoyed our stay, condo was perfect, could use some brighter light bulbs, but everything went very well. We will be back”

“The property is in the perfect location. Everything you need on Palafox is walking distance. Room was quiet and peaceful, everything was very comfortable. The beds were great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only thing we thought was missing, was a coat rack or hook to hang your hoodie or rain jacket on. I give this stay 4.99 Stars out of five!!”

“Expensive for what the place offers. WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit. ”

“We have stayed in this complex before, but the first time in this unit. It was clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Perfect for our needs.”

“Beach view and pet friendly. The kitchen is well equipped but you will have to bring your own kitchen knifes and tablespoons. There is one filet knife but very dull. Not sure what happened with those.”

“Our stay was great. The condo served it purpose. We always love coming to Pensacola Beach.”

“Enjoyed our stay here.”

“Communication was great and also everything was super clean and the place was one of the best ones I have ever stayed at”

“This property was adorable! Loved the decor, so colorful and beachy. The location was absolutely perfect, short walk to the wildness of the gulf or the calm serene of the sound. Gorgeous views, always a breeze when we were there. We cooked our own food for 3 of the nights and we had everything we needed. Quite a few of the lights or fans didn't really work and there were some dishes that were dirty when we pulled them out but not a big deal. Did see one cockroach, but honestly that wasn't a huge...

“Great location. Apt. was clean. Master Bathroom and its fixtures could use updating.”

“Absolutely amazing. Just as described”

“Condo was exactly as described and decorated perfectly. The owners communicated better than any other condo I have ever rented. We will definitely rent again. Very quick walk to the beach. Bonus, you can partially see the beach from the master bedroom. The condo has everything you want plus more. 10/10”

“Host communications was awesome. The condo was very clean and easy to find.”

“What a great condo overlooking the bay!! It was the perfect size for a family of four. The was a nice small beach on the bayside that the little ones enjoyed with the calm waters. You are also a short walk away from the ocean side where we enjoyed waves and shell hunting. My only caution is that this is on the third floor and there is no elevator. But the stairs are worth it when you see the views.”

“Love this place!!!”

“Lots of maintenance going on. But for the most part not a problem. ”

“Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful beach views and access to anything on the island with ease. Will definitely stay here again.”

“I was in town for my nephews graduation and took my dog with me was perfect for her and I had the perfect dog park right up the street 2 mins drive if that and the beach was 10-15 mins in the other direction same stretch of road was very quiet and comfortable”
