“Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our vacation. The condo was exceptionally clean and matched the photos, with a beautiful balcony view. The unit itself is a bit dated and could use updates. The furniture was fine, but the appliances felt old, there were some loose floor tiles, and the curtains didn’t block much morning light, so the rooms get bright early. A major downside was the pool security, which felt overly strict and intrusive. Staff frequently monitored guests……

“The check-in process was horrible. We received a lock code that didn’t work. So we couldn’t get into the unit. When reaching out to host their was no response through the app or the number provided. I had to call vrbo customer support to get in touch with the host and it still took forever. After two hours of waiting we finally got in. Host didn’t seem concerned. “The condo is impressive! Its proximity to the beach and pools makes is why we selected Mermaid Inn! The screened in porch was nice for the grandparents. There is little noise absorption, so the place becomes noisy very quickly. Will book Mermaid Inn for 2025!”
