Two living rooms with comfortable sofas are where you can watch television .3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, Private fully screen pool and lanai where you can enjoy an early morning coffee or a late night glass of wine catching up with family while your kids swim in the lit pool.

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets in this south facing pool home , with the most amazing golf course view. Kick back after a long day at the parks and enjoy this charming house.

Community Description

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand.

Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included).

The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.

Cute house, nice location, could have been cleaner

Overall, it was a good rental. The location was good for us, as we had family close by. If you like golf, it is an excellent location. Great communication with the management company as well. The 3 star overall rating is due to the fact that the house could have been cleaner, and it was not as stocked with items as other rentals have been. Also, the pool appeared larger in the photos than in actuality, and they are in desperate need of new outdoor furniture, as all of the chairs had black duct tape on them.

Location was good. Overall the stay was fine. The furnishings/amenities within the home could be better (no working pool sticks, broken dishes, and the could use some TLC to clean up more than surface clean).
