“The apartment was very close to activities right in Helen. The apartment was clean, except for the porch area, there were cobwebs everywhere on the porch and we thought it was suppose to have a grill for use as well, only one vent in the upstairs bedroom was working for air conditioning and one TV remote upstairs was missing, we reported this the morning after we checked in. Kitchen lacked hand towels, wash clothes and a toaster, it had minimal pots and pans, we did not eat our meals at the...

“First and foremost the communication from the host was top notch. Any questions were answered within minutes while at the property. The property was perfectly located, right on the river, short walk from the main strip of Helen. The property had everything that we needed, comfortable beds, place to make food, warm shower. I'd like to give my only negative about this property. As you can see based on my 5 star rating, it is not enough to prevent me from staying here again, more so a heads up to...

“We chose this property because it was located in the center of town. The town center is very walkable and the location was excellent. The home was very comfortable with country type furnishings. Not lavish and contemporary but cozy and friendly decor. The air conditioning worked great and the outdoor porches were spacious and comfortable with lots of seating. Beds were very comfortable and the home accommodated 8 people very well. It is situated right on Main St. so you can "people watch"...

“We have stayed in quite a few places in Helen and this place is truly a gem, perfect location we did not have to drive. Kids loved playing and walking in the creek. “Perfect stay! Our top praise is always cleanliness and this place was spotless! Beds were comfy. Adding a washer and dryer would be ideal. I did not pay attention to this bc all of our other stays have had this amenity. Not a game changer but I like to wash clothes and have them clean when I go home. Thank you and I would stay here again!”
