"The room was clean. Breakfast got the job done. The staff was helpful. The hotel is old and worn. Although they are working on upgrades. I wish I would have known about the construction in progress. For 260$ a night I expected more. I won’t be staying there again."

"Arrived after 8pm. The lobby was locked up tight. Finally got ahold of the attendant, who was very pleasant and welcoming. Room was very clean. NO amenities in the room, bathroom. Take your own toiletries and products. Take your own pillow if you need more than one. Needed an extra blanket and extra towels/washcloths, but once again, desk was closed. These were not available. The only amenity I used was coffee in the lobby on the way out, which is their only free offering. Go here for quiet, cleanliness, value…take your own toiletries, soap, pillow, blanket, and maybe extra towels and washcloths if you are there more than a day and night. The surrounding area is new and clean. We felt very safe. We would recommend this location, and will be prepared next time."

"Prepaid for two queen beds, instead got a bed and an uncomfortable cot. Breakfast had nothing hot, just cheap blueberry muffins, a little fruit, and the most basic grab'n'go items you can think of. The grounds felt very unsafe, folks were smoking weed and more all over the property. It's the first time I've felt unsafe at a hotel in a long time. I almost never leave Expedia reviews, but I had to do so this time. I can at least say the folks working at the desk were nice. I'll never stay here again, this one was a one and done. If we don't feel safe, that's too much to overcome."

"Mount Sequoyah is a beautiful place to stay. My partner and I were in town for a wedding weekend and wanted something a bit more interesting than your average hotel. Mount Sequoyah gave us the opportunity to unwind and watch the sunset from their lookout spot, walk peacefully and enjoy the grounds and the art, and sit on our porch and experience the wildlife. A mama doe and two spotted babies walked very close to our cabin. Our first night, we did not have warm water for showers, I am unsure what that was from, but the following morning it was available. We did not have the opportunity to enjoy the pool, but it looked well taken care of. We were able to get rideshares from and to the property fairly easy from Sassafras Vineyard. Mount Sequoyah is close to lots of activities and easy to access once you get the lay of the land. We would recommend this spot to other travelers and will consider it for any future trips to Fayetteville."
