“The air conditioner was not working and never got fixed”

“The whole hotel smelt of cannabis and smoke. the bedroom was even worse, so bad that I had to leave at 1am as I was struggling to breathe in it. If your asthmatic or dont like the very strong smell of smoke I would avoid at all costs. The bedding stank of smoke and couldnt sleep on the pillows as was so bad”

“I had a fantastic stay at the Glass House retreat - the team were amazing! Friendly, supportive, and attentive, they made sure I felt right at home. My room was a treat: clean, bright, and airy, with a fabulous rainforest shower and super comfy bed. And wow, the food! Every dish was delicious, I wanted to take the chef home with me! There were loads of activities to keep me busy, and I left feeling refreshed and recharged.”

“I've been to a place this who offer a similar service but their sauna wasn't as hot and the hot tub wasn't even a real hot tub instead it was a paddling pool that never really got hot enough, but this hot tub at this place was better and more bubbles, also has a cold water type plunge and they give you free snacks and drinks! i would highly recommend to visit!”

“Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. The girl working would not have been able to lift my suitcases up to fights of that either. I asked if some sort of benefit could be given to me and I was informed no I am very upset about the……
