“The breakfast menu is fresh, but we do not get your experience in pancakes because they had the pancake machine shut down”

“Room wasnt cleaned very well-trash in waste basket, leftovers in fridge, shower cra ked and dirty, blankets stained with sweatstains..breakfast was good and staff friendly..kids running up and down hall being loud late at night causing disturbance but overall ok..”

“I was not able to reschedule my stay for a week later even though a state emergency had been declared in the face of the winter storm. Both Expedia and Hampton said it was up to the other entity. I will not be using Expedia again. ”

“Not at all as pictured. These are clearly not of this property. They couldn’t give us extra pillows. The phone was inoperable. The faucet handle was broken. No privacy between bathroom and the rest of the room. When informed of issues the response was “okay” without even a note being taken. They charged $100 to my card without an explanation. The cops arrived to get a “tenant” out that wasn’t paying. Divided into two buildings completely separate from main entrance. We felt unsafe. ”

“Dennis greeted us on check in and was very kind and helpful, all the staff were friendly and room was very clean. Good location close to Cracker Barrel and other places to eat and get fuel, ”

“Very nice property. I only stayed long enough to sleep but the room and lobby were very clean and the front desk staff was nice and helpful. ”

“The room reserved I didn’t receive… the tub was stopped up and the elevator got stuck….. it was my vacation.”

“The staff was very nice, very pleasant. The issue was our room. I took the couch. The blankets and pillowcases that were in the closet for couch use were dirty. It was obvious that the bedding had not been washed. I refused to sleep on the sheets. They could at least have a bar of soap and small lotion bottles in the bathroom. When we left our room on Friday and returned, no one had come in to clean our room. We had to call for towels and washcloths. I had to bag the garbage cans because they……

“What a great place and people. I will be staying here everytime I am in the area!”

“Rick, in the main office, was nice. My room was not. There were stains on the couches and chairs. The floor was sticky and dirty throughout. There were a dozen+ stink bugs on walls and furniture. There was an empty can of odor control fogger on the floor beside the bed. The bed was broken and shifted off its base. There wasn't a light bulb in the lamp by the bed. The towel rack was broken off. Floor board in the kitchen was peeling back. I found a different hotel for the second night of my stay.……
