“Our rooms were never cleaned after three days they still we’re not cleaned. We had to ask for more towels. The bathtub faucet fell off and the room phone did not work. Nothing was changed after we notified staff. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“It was okay for just spending the night. The beds were clean. Breakfast is good. It does not have an elevator so be ready to carry your luggage upstairs. It is hard to park. Our shower was dirty and towels had stains. Trash on the hall floor was there from Friday to Sunday. Road noise from I 85 is loud and we could hear people talking outside past midnight. Both ladies working the desk were kind and helpful.”

“First off, I want to say the staff was very helpful and cooperative. I have nothing negative to say about the them.
The property, however, is in SERIOUS need of a remodel. It is a very dated. There were rips in the curtains, cracks in the wall and a huge patch job on the ceiling. The couch in the room looked dirty enough for us to ask for another sheet to cover it before we sat on it. The towels were thin, the toilet needed 2 flushes to work.
