“Went down for a vacation of 4days 3 nights.. Had a negative experience with this stay, The host entered the property with out letting us know and texted afterwards. The host lives above the property which usually isn't a issue, but the hoat at all hours of the night you can hear them watching tv and talking and walking back and forth. Laundry was done while there from the host could be heard in the bottom part of house which made it impossible to rest. All dishes that we tried to use was……

“We loved the seclusion and privacy here. The communication by the host was great to help us find it. Just a couple little negatives otherwise it would’ve been 5/5! The musty odor was bad. We would have liked to know before we got there and read the guide book that they recommend bottled water because it’s 20 minutes to go buy water. And more than one washcloth for 2 people for 2 nights would have been great. The property was great and we loved visiting the entire area and enjoyed our stay here.”

“We had a great 1 night stay at this unique property! It had everything we needed and was quite cozy, yet very spacious for our little family of 4. It was a perfect stopping point for our road trip as it’s right off the highway and very close to many restaurants and stores. We enjoyed all the little extra touches such as multiple types of phone chargers on the bedroom nightstand, a stocked coffee station, and a fun little video game console. Check-in and check-out was seamless. Definitely will……

“Beautiful area. Our first experience “glamping” and it was fabulous! The host was very accommodating and friendly, everything was supplied for the camping experience. Host even started our evening camp fire when we arrived. All the comforts Of home.”

“This Location was exactly what my family was looking for in a Thanksgiving vacation! Its an easy drive to Rock City but far enough out of the city to feel safe letting the kids run around in the spacious backyard. There's a walmart market just a few minutes from the house for groceries and the home had everything needed to cook a large family meal. The table fit all 10 of us adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the hot tub and games. My neices put together a few of the house puzzels and my nephews……

“Excellent communication from host, new property with all the amenities you could possibly want, and farm setting with great views of surrounding area. The stars at night are spectacular. No city lights to obscure view of the stars here. Cows, horses, and other animals nearby make you feel like your on your own farm. Property is close to lakes, rivers, and the foothills of Appalachia. Large cities of Chattanooga and Knoxville are an easy drive away. ”

“The hosts and property were amazing. The pictures and description dont do this place justice. I would 100% stay here again. Everything was clean, fresh and there were even towels in the shower. 5 stars, absolutely reccomend. ”

“Check in time is 4 pm. When we arrived at 4:05pm, the cleaning lady was still there. Well, they missed the mark on cleaning. The refrigerator was filthy inside. The first thing we did was clean the refrigerator. There were spider webs in the downstairs bedroom that had to be removed. When we went to cook breakfast the first morning, several of the dishes we pulled from the cabinets has to be washed.
