“A lovely property with a large garden, beautiful floral hanging baskets and pots. Mike was so welcoming and friendly. The cottage is traditionally furnished and comfortable. The property, although quietly located is only minutes away from the main road which gives you access to likes of Axminster and the Jurassic coast. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Mike for a wonderful stay.”

“Clean room, tons of space, friendly staff, great location, no complaints at all. Only area of improvement is the parking situation, both how limited it is (understandable due to the area) and the fact it is chargeable, outside of that an outstanding hotel which we will definitely visit again.”

“We had a lovely stay here, was perfect with the playground on the doorstep and the summer house. My daughter loved it! The pool was perfect too and was a good way to spend the afternoon. Next to our lodge is a field perfect for catching the last hour on golden sunrays. Our host was very friendly and helpful, we certainly hope to come again in the future!”

Perfectly located for a break from every day life, just 5 minute drive to the town and half an hour to the beach. “We were a little disappointed with our stay . It was impossible to hang clothes in the wardrobe in Bedroom 1 as it was stacked high with bed linen . Also a lot of bed linen in other wardrobe . The fan in one of the bathrooms was not working resulting in a lot of condensation on the floor making it very slippery . The canisters which may have held tea and sugar were empty . The name on the lockbox has faded . On the plus side it was a great location ”
