“We stayed 1 night at this lovely, cozy and very spatious hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room. “The air conditioning was rarely turned on and the room was hot and stuffy. No control of air colnd from the room unit. Order the vegetable soup for 6 pounds. Was watered down freeze dried 'cup-a-soup'. Bloody awful. Was refused a hot steak sandwich at 7.20pm and told by staff not available after 6pm as per the menu. Nowhere on the menu is this stated.
