Kitchen and laundry were nice. There was slight damage to a wall. Also, check-in instructions were incomplete, leaving out the code to access the building and elevator key. That was resolved easily through a call.

We stay at this location frequently and always enjoy it. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and everything we need for a comfortable stay. We love having access to the pool, hot tub, gym, and common areas, plus the private patio is a great spot to relax. The location is perfect — easy access to groceries, right on the Bayou trail, and just steps from Hermann Park. The only downside this time was that only one elevator was working during our stay, which got a bit frustrating. Other than that, everything was great as usual. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved the building and unit I stayed at! The unit was clean and had the right supplies for my stay, which was wonderful. The whole place felt quiet and safe. The main downside was communication from Mint House itself. There's an important email for move-in that I didn't get until I called, the key system (for getting the key) didn't work so I had to call again, and apparently parking is $30 per day which was a convenient fine print thing they did rather than include it in the overall cost.

A great home away from home

I stayed here for an extended medical trip and it was perfect. I really appreciated the privacy, comfort, and convenience. Not too mention the beautiful pool.

This place is absolutely great. It sits in the Medical District which was very convenient because everything is right there. The apartment is really nice and the amenities are top notch. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was clean and spacious. The nice amenities. My favorite part was the pool and the gym. However, there’s not a lot of restaurants that are within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

We loved our unit except for the peeling cupboards in the kitchen. Feel like this could have been fixed before we arrived. The corner units have great windows and a wonderful view. Really disappointed that the hot tub was not hot. This is our second time staying here and there is always something wrong/not working in the pool area.

Really surprised I found this property so close to MD Anderson. Location is a must when traveling to the hospital. Super clean, nice furnishings, balcony an added bonus, & the view from the 11th floor made a date nite perfect. Highly recommend. 1 item, have the key codes written down already or pulled up on your phone.

The property was overall great. The inability to get things quick and easy is a downfall. Our bathroom didn’t have cold water and the plumbing in the shower was loose and rickety.
