“The rooms were very clean, but not spotless. We had to ask for staff to return to clean 'gum stuck in the carpet', found upon our arrival. For Elite membership status, breakfast was nice to have. Unfortunately at this location, the menu was limited, supplies were limited on some items; get there early or miss out; and felt repetitive; especially for longer term guests. “I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in……
