“We loved staying in this amazing property. Clean and super comfy. Gorgeous high ceilings, a cozy fireplace and plenty of room. Communication with Springer was easy and quick. One caveat, there are a couple of flights of stairs to get to this particular unit, but that’s to be expected on SF. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. ”

“PROS: - Simple, clean room -- As a traveler, I spend most of my time exploring the city than being in my hotel room. This room was perfect because all I needed was a bathroom and a place to sleep. No extra frills needed. - Close to everything -- This hotel is practically in the center of the city, and is close to many bus/train lines that can take you to all of SF's attractions and neighborhoods. “Everything was perfect. Check in easy, great location, wonderful Victorian home and unit. I felt like I was in a flat in Paris. Would recommend to everyone. Springer was excellent at communications and I was fortunate to meet her and learn some of the history of the house ”

“Room was bigger than pictures showed, nice size. Bed was firmer than average, no box spring. Only stayed 3 nights, bed would have been too firm for me to stay a week. Nice accommodations, would stay again.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed at this property while we were in town for a work meeting, so we had to work remotely for 2 days. The space was perfect for both of us to be on calls and meetings throughout the day. The overall resort was very nice and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. There was some minor renovation being done in lobby, but this did not affect us at all. Felt safe walking nearby resort and some cute spots to grab coffee, food, and drinks. Would recommend for anyone to……
